German cultural exchange office is offering scholarships through "German Egyptian research program – Short term scholarships (GERSS) – spring call 2013 – 2013". Scholarship are granted for lecturers, assistant lecturers and administrators for training, studying and research in distinguished institutes and universities in Germany for a period between 3 to 6 months. In the context of continuous care and attention to the value of scientific research and technology as the base of progress and development, Alexandria University is honored to invite you to attend the symposium of (Science and Technology in Egypt "Alexandria University Overview ") hosting Prof. Dr. Maged El-Sherbeeny at 11:30 am, 2nd of March 2013 in Prof. Dr. Salah El-Din Morsy's Hall in the institute of research and post graduate studies. Following that, Dr. Ola Lorans "President of the national information network" a lecture about the services that the network offers in the academy of scientific research in Alexandria University.

HE Mr. Alamry Farouk, state minster of sports paid a visit to the faculty of sports education for men, Alexandria university, where he visited most of the faculty's facilities "athletics track – indoor halls – swimming pool ...etc" then he attended an open meeting with the faculty stuff where they discussed making the best use of the faculty as a development and panning center for the ministry as well as using the faculty's facilities in talent identification process and training champions in different sports in addition to using the special units and post graduate studies department to serve youth, sports champions, coaches & administrators .... Etc.

The faculty of sports education – for men – Alexandria university s honored to invite all who are concerned about the fields of sports education and kinesiology to participate in the 11th version of the international conference of physical education and kinesiology - sports between theory and application that will take place in the period between 23rd and 25th of October 2013. This conference represents a new series in the chain of distinguished international scientific conferences organized by the faculty in cooperation with world's largest academic and sports organizations and establishments to present and discuss the latest modern research trends in the field of physical education and sports. The conference hosts a series of scientific symposiums lectured by some of the world's best sports and kinesiology scientists. The conference will be held under the patronage of:
